I just wanted to log in to your webshop again, but it no longer works.
Answer:
Here are a few tips:
- We have had a new webshop since February 1, 2023. We have of course moved your account with us, but we were unable to take your password with us. If you have not logged in since then, we therefore ask you to assign a new password: shop.lcd-module.de/account/recover You will then receive an e-mail with a link to assign a new password; please also check your spam folder for this e-mail.
- Is the "Caps-Lock" key (Caps Lock) activated for capitalization?
- Is the e-mail address or LoginID spelled correctly?
- If you have forgotten your password, please set a new password: https://shop.lcd-module.de/account/recover You will then receive an e-mail with a link to set a new password; please also check your spam folder for this e-mail.
